Historically, it’s the Hunt block… named after the legendary women’s rights activist Richard P. Hunt. Unofficially, it’s Sessler’s Mini Mall. It’s currently known as the Waterloo Shop Center. Whatever you call it, the Street of Shops is getting a makeover! With 20 new upscale apartments upstairs that will increase the critical mass for the population downtown. The ground floor will be home to new and exciting retail and restaurant opportunities.
